Rain in the Night
Email This Post
Like whispers in the
Dark
Crystals catching twinkle
Falling down to crash
Rain in the night beckons
Secrets untold, hidden
Unlamented deaths of hearts.
Rain in the night
Like anklets gone wild
Dancing to the lonely tunes
Of night, sung in despair
By the souls in unknown plights.
Rain in the night, pitter-patter
On our eyes, dampening dreams
In fear or delight.
Nights are the time
For the untamed to roam
Into the hearts and souls
Of sickened sleepy beings.
The valley of dreams grow
In wild to the tunes
Of the rains that beckons them at night.
