This is the story about my buddy and a story of an unconditional love where friendship is the core.

It started with an out of town camping when we got acquainted with each other. At first, I found him a bit bossy and conceited and I simply didn’t liked him. We were ironically different from other… he was much younger than me. He came from elite but complicated family, I came from a simple yet peaceful one. I was deep while he was shallow in seeing things. He was meticulous and I was adventurous in dealing with life. He was rich while I was poor but he was empty while I was full. Though we were different in many ways we had one thing in common…. We were both searching a genuine and pure love of friendship. As science says that “Unlike poles  attract each other”.

An empty bottle could best describe to my buddy. He was hungry of love and affection of a mother and a father because he came from a broken family. His parents were both had their own family, he was like a chick without a hen, a sheep without a pasture. Even if he was well provided with everything he wants, still there was an emptiness in him which money can’t buy.

We got close to each other and enjoyed each others company, we laughed and cried together. Little by little I filled in his empty bottle with encouragement and inspirations … with hope and dreams… and with pure love and genuine friendship. I gave light to his darkest nights… gave life to his lonely days. He found a family in me… a family who will never left him in a place of no where.

I may have never filled his empty bottle into the fullest, still an unconditional love over flowed for him. We may have not seen each others often… I knew for sure that he is not alone because he had found a home deep within me… a home in a heart of a friend!
