Animal Train – Book Review
Email This Post
My husband picked this cute lil book for my little one from the local library. Ever since all three of us..my hubby, myself and my little one are gaga about it. The best way I thought to express my appreciation for the book was to share it with everyone.
The first page shows different animals boarding the train while a lion is the station master behind the yellow door. Behind a green door is a frog jumping on. There are different color flaps which the little ones can open and peep and find interesting animal passengers to board the train.
The next page has flaps of different shapes which are the baggage of all the animals on the train. Behind a rectangle flap is a tooth brush while the triangle flap carries cheese. Likewise an oval carries an egg and a square carries blocks.
The 3rd page is where the train conductor is counting the animals aboard and the flaps are all numbered. So your little one can peep under these flaps to find 6 socks or 3 eggs!
Like this there are few more ages teaching the little one concept of colours, shapes, opposites, sounds etc etc.
I think this is a very very innovative package of learning. Each page talks about a new concept to your little one.
