A teacher works 26 hours a day… 8 days a week. Tiring! Isn’t it?

A Teacher forgets himself when he is in inside classroom because he has multiple tasks.  A teacher is an actor in a cinema whose performance is to the highest level. He forgets his own personal problems and burdens in life because he must entertain and impart something from the role he plays to his audiences, the students. A teacher is a clown whose smile brings joy to his students and encourages them to see the bright side of life. He performs at his best and forgets his own loneliness to bring happiness to his students. A teacher is a pilot… He soars high with his passengers; he has his own direction and never let the wind control his way. He gives direction to his students and brings them to its destination fast and safe. A teacher is an architect… He plans and builds individuals into a better person with strong foundation of values. A teacher is a doctor… he diagnoses students’ learning and gives treatment on it. He treats broken individuals to make them whole. A teacher is a pot maker… he touches lives and molds students into a better person and a useful citizen in the community. He holds them gently and moderately, not too loose to fly and not too tight to die.  A teacher is a soldier… he is firm in making decisions, gives discipline and security to his students. He is respected but brave in transforming individuals. He fights for his students’  freedom and liberty. He is the peace maker in the classroom.  A teacher is a lawyer… he knows how to weigh things and gives justice to his students norms, expectations and rights. He is fair in all aspect of life.  A teacher is a scientist… he doesn’t gets tired and  keeps on looking at new things which will be beneficial to his students’ development and improvements. He is always excited with his latest discovery of new strategies and teaching techniques for his students . A teacher is a parent… he fills in the shoes of his students’ parent; he gives unconditional love and compassion to his students without expecting in return. He is a mom and a dad to all and embraces them no matter who and what they are.  Also a teacher is a student… he keeps on learning day by day through his experiences. He studies a chapter ahead from his students and keeps on improving, updating and upgrading himself to give quality learning and formations to those little souls waiting for him.

A teacher is a teacher by heart, mind, words and deeds. A teacher is a teacher where ever he goes. A teacher is a teacher 26 hours a day, 8 days a week who works more than any other job!

Well, it is not tiring… it is in deed fulfilling!
