At the end of the day what matters is….
….that you have maintained a loop of love with everyone,
and that you haven’t hurt the feelings of anyone.
…..that you are happy with your bread and butter,
and you strive each day to make your life better.
…that you acknowledge someone,
For the unfailing sunshine it gives, you can acknowledge the sun,
Just about anyone…
…that you felt and said sorry for the mistakes you made,
All these are little gestures,
But don’t let them get fade.
…that each day you acquire some knowledge pool,
For that you needn’t go back to the benches of your school.
…that you have kept each and every commitment,
Which would give you from within a certain sense of fulfillment.
…that you have rendered a helping hand,
Or have offered to someone a friendly hand.
…that you bear a grin,
‘cause day by day your hair is growing thin.
…that your eyes are set on your goals,
And that you are up to the mark in all your roles.
And at the end of the day,
What matters is a good night’s sleep,
So that as the next morning is out to peep,
At the break of that new day–
You can perform all the above things,
Go into retrospection,
At the end of one more such day……….!
